Menus

This menu is very clear and easy to follow. Each type of food belongs under a heading, and there is a line of dots going from the name of the food to the price to avoid confusion. There are pictures of available options to make the customer choose that food instead. The colors and fonts go together well.

This menu is very simplistic and kind of bland. Everything is easy to read, but all the foods blend together and nothing stands out. This menu is designed to where is could fold up or be on one giant page.

This menu is designed to be put on the wall of a fast food establishment or hung outside for a drive through. It's easy to distinguish the headings and the foods, and the customer can quickly locate the food he/she wants.

Board Games

1.) Battleship
Battleship consists of two laptop-like boards for two players. Each player secretly places their five ships on the lower part of the board, and they both have to try and guess where the others' ships are. You use pegs on the top board to show where you have hit and missed.

2.)Monoply

Monopoly is a board game that consists of two dice, chance cards, and player tokens, and fake money. The goal of the game is to own as much property as possible so that you can charge other players money when they land on it and to make others bankrupt.

3.)Scattegories
Scattegories is game that has a timer, lists of random topics, and a 26 sided die with the letters of the alphabet. The players all agree on the same list, someone rolls the die, and whatever letter it lands on every word you come up with has to start with that letter. The timer starts and whoever has the most filled in when is stops wins that round.

My Candy Wrapper

Candy Wrappers

1.Crunch
Crunch candy bars are one of my favorite chocolate bars, and I think their logo is well designed.

2.Twix
I think Twix has a very good color scheme because the brown and gold are like the chocolate and caramel, whereas the red provides good contrast to make the logo pop.
3. Hershey's
Hershey's chocolate is probably the best known candy and usually is associated with fond memories for the consumer.
4.M&M
M&M's are also a very well known candy and are good candies to take with you on the go and to share with friends.
5.Krackel
Even though Krackel is a branch of Hershey's, it is still another one of my favorite candy bars, and I only ever seem to find it on Halloween for some reason.

7 Logos

1.Mcdonald's
The Mcdonald's logo is a famous one that can be recognized all over the world. Whenever someone is driving down the road and sees the "golden arches"  they know that they can stop, rest, and eat. Also, the coloring of the logo makes people think of fries which makes them subconsciously want them.

                                                                        2.Olympics
The Olympic logo works well because it shows that each country is its own, yet it gives a sense of union by interlocking all of the rings. Each color represents the diversity of every country and having them link up represents how similar we really are. It is a simple design that can be recognized easily.

                                                                           3. Amazon

This logo serves as a reminder that even text can be considered design. At first glance, the arrow looks like a smiley face, when actually they are saying they ship things from "a" to "z". It is an even simpler design than the olympics design.

4.Tostitos

Tostitos is a chip company that cleverly hid two people sharing chips and salsa in their logo. Clearly, this company wanted to give its consumers a Mexican/Indian feel. It is a large logo that grabs attention.

5.WWF

The WWF is an organization that rescues and spreads awareness for endangered species. The panda is one of these endangered species. This logo only needs two colors and uses negative space to create the Panda illustration.

6.Hot Wheels

Hot Wheels is a company that sells toy cars to kids. The words "hot wheels" in addition to the flame-like design makes the consumer think about fast cars. The toys are small and collectible and are fun toys for children to play with

7.Jurassic Park

Even though this logo was made for a mythical theme park in a movie, it still became very popular with its design. The dinosaur has been posed in such a way that it seems alive, even though it's only a skeleton. Also, the font feels like it is ancient and gives a prehistoric theme.
